What kind of children’s services are available?

Although there is a limit to the number, there are baby beds available (3,300yen include tax).
There is also a children’s menu available, please inquire beforehand.

Can the Internet be used?

All rooms are equipped with high speed internet access (cable/wireless). *Free
PCs are not available.

What sort of rental accessories are available?

Bella Vista has Various pillows, Iron, Ironing board, Baby bed (chargeable), Trouser presser, Blu-ray / DVD player and Mobile phone charger.

Do I have to reserve the restaurants?

Reservation is not mandatory.
However, there is a limit to the number of seats, so prior reservation is recommended.

Is there an age limit for the restaurants?

There is no age limit.

Is there any dress code at the hotel?

There is no dress code, but please dress appropriately for the time, place and occasion.
Customers cannot enter wearing room wear or slippers intended for the guest rooms.

Can alcohol be brought in?

Yes. When bringing into a restaurant: Corkage Fee 4,400 yen (service fee included/tax included)

Is there room service?

We are sorry, but there is no room service available at present.
There is a light meal service etc. at The Lounge until 23:00 (last order at 22:30).
If you desire glasses or plates, please inquire at reception.

How early can accommodation be reserved beforehand?

Bookings can be made up to 6 months beforehand.
However, bookings for Golden Week, the Obon festival period, and the New Year’s Holiday can only be made up to 3 months in advance.

Can I pay by credit card?

You can use a credit card.
Payments can be made in one installment only, the available card types are JCB/VISA/Master/American Express/Diners Club.

Can the spa be used on its own?

The use of the spa is limited to overnight guests and customers using the beauty salon or osteopathy day plan.

Can male customers use the beauty salon or spa?

Yes, they can.

It is 30 minutes by car from JR Fukuyama/Onomichi Station. It is 15 minutes by car from JR Matsunaga Station.

There is no curfew.
However, we would appreciate it if you could inform us if your arrival will be late, or if it will be later than 22:00.

Can I leave my belongings at the hotel before checking in or after checking out?

Yes, we will handle your luggage at reception.

Is it possible to stay with pets?

We are sorry, but entering Bella Vista with pets, including into the hotel interior and restaurants, is strictly prohibited.

Can you arrange anniversary cakes or flowers?

We can arrange this based on the budget.
